The shopping center is built in the wider surroundings of the historical center of Košice. It is a multifunctional building whose main function is to provide services to the citizens of the site. This is the sale of food in the wholesale and also the provision of additional services (pharmacy, flowers, printing …).

The multifunctional building of this building is complemented at this stage by the construction of office space on the first floor. The investor places great emphasis on environmental policy and even when implementing this work by choosing materials, modern and economical technologies, this principle maximally adheres to (green roof, recovery, energy saving ….)
