Consequence of non-disclosure:
it will not be possible to fulfill the purpose (to provide the service, to meet the customer’s request)
The concerned person has the rights defined in § 19 to § 30 of Act No. 18/2018 Coll., Mainly these rights:
(a) Right to request system operator to have access to his personal data. The operator is obliged to provide the data subject with his / her personal data which operator processes. The operator may charge a reasonable fee corresponding to administrative costs for the repeated provision of personal data requested by the data subject. The controller is obliged to provide personal data to the data subject in the manner required by the controller. The right to disclose personal data shall not adversely affect the rights of other natural persons,
b) Right to correct their data,
c) Right for the deletion of their data if the conditions of the Personal Data Protection Act are met,
d) Right to limit the processing of personal data if the conditions of the Personal Data Protection Act are met,
e) Right to portability of personal data to another operator;
f) Right to object to the processing of personal data if the conditions of the Personal Data Protection Act are met;
g) Right to initiate proceedings.
The purpose, legal basis and retention period of the data are set out in the Data Protection Documentation. The data shall be made available by the operator upon request.
